The Brahmaputra Volleyball League (BVL) Season 6 (2025–2026), executed by Assam Volleyball Mission 100 (AVM100), provides structured volleyball training to more than 8,000 children across 160 villages in Assam and Manipur. The initiative aims to strengthen grassroots sports infrastructure, promote youth participation and support holistic child development through sport.
BVL reaches 160 villages across 30 districts of Assam and two districts of Manipur, helping young players participate in regular coaching, league engagement and competitive play. The programme combines technical volleyball training with fitness, sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, nutrition awareness and hygiene practices.
The league is designed not only to improve volleyball performance but also to strengthen physical fitness, sporting values and healthy habits among participating children.

Strong participation in U-12 and U-16 girls' teams—particularly from remote districts such as Dhemaji and Tezpur—builds confidence and helps normalise female participation in sport.

The initiative combines player development with sustained support for local coaches, equipment and programme management across participating communities.
