The project titled “Installation of Strength, Fitness, Recovery, and Cardiovascular Equipment” was executed at the Usha School of Athletics to upgrade training facilities with modern, state-of-the-art sports equipment tailored to the diverse training needs of student athletes.
The initiative focuses on strengthening the training environment through specialised equipment supporting strength development, physical conditioning, cardiovascular endurance and post-training recovery. The upgraded infrastructure enables more comprehensive training programmes while helping athletes prepare safely and effectively.
The project brings together multiple categories of sports equipment to address the complete physical preparation needs of student athletes.
Weight machines, Smith machines, dumbbells and kettlebells for strength and power development.
Plyo boxes and Bosu balls supporting endurance, conditioning, balance and overall fitness.
Sauna Bath system, Ice Bath tub and ice cube maker for post-training recovery.
Battle ropes and endurance machines designed to support cardiovascular conditioning.
